我认为问题不是来自嵌入,而是来自使用list_of创建临时值。应该可以了:

vector<BYTE> temp = assign::list_of (0x06)(0x02);
vector<vector<Byte> > data = assign::list_of(temp);

我没有VC11所以只是一个大胆的猜测…可能VC11混淆了,因为您的整数可以转换为BYTE,因此将使用move-constructor或转换为size_t,因此将使用std::vector(size_t) constructor。
