一般来说,只需添加

target_link_libraries((${PROJECT_NAME} d3d12.lib) 

Windows SDK(Direct3D SDK现在已成为一部分(在标准搜索路径中,例如图书馆的链接器。因此,它是由MSVC编译器和链接器自动找到的。

我认为,升级到更新的API版本并不是一个好主意。您正在为特定API版本编写程序。
