Cygwin的c++编译器(或者可能是链接器)找不到cyglto_plugin.dll，这可能是几个Cygwin包的一部分。我不确定cleon是如何工作的——它是需要安装Cygwin还是在自己的安装程序中安装Cygwin。如果它要求用户安装Cygwin -验证您已经安装了适当的包，并且提到的DLL已经到位。

我删除了所有的软件包并重新安装了它们。我认为当你有下载选项时，它允许你下载多个版本。我就是这么做的，然后就产生了冲突。问题已解决
