读取.bmp文件的c++,错误的值

这是我从bmp文件读取的代码(使用windows.h)。它从BITMAPFILEHEADER读取正确的值,但是从BITMAPINFOHEADER读取的所有值都是40(十六进制28)。怎么了?

我敢打赌读取的值是正确的,只是你总是一遍又一遍地输出相同的字节:
