Isolate the comments:
sed -e 's|.*//|//|' -e '////!s|.*||' sourcefile > comments
Remove the comments from the source:
sed 's|//.*||' sourcefile > barecode
Use Google translate on comments.
paste -d '' barecode comments > sourcefile
