您的问题可能来自您的 depenciments 标志:

 compile project(':openCVLibrary300')

正如您使用 gradle.0.7.0 alpha 定义项目时,可能还有您的 OpenCV Gradle 文件是从 Gradle 稳定版 2.8 或 2.10 编译的。
