这个错误发生在visual studio 2008中，因为我在很短的时间内重新构建解决方案太多次。
之后，我无法访问调试/发布文件夹长达3分钟，这是真正的"APITA"，因为我需要在编程时测试对代码的新更改。
有什么办法解决这个问题吗?我用的是64位的Windows 7。
当您的可执行文件在编译时正在运行时，就会发生这种情况。关闭可执行文件。如果它拒绝关闭，在任务管理器中找到它并强制关闭进程。
