我不确定这是Boost的限制,但Windows的限制。根据Mark Russinovich的说法,32位操作系统上的最大线程数是2048,这意味着你已经分配了大约3/4的最大允许线程数。如果您有其他进程正在运行,它将减少可供您使用的线程数量。
